Nelly Korda Joins Slew Of LPGA Stars In Behind-The-Scenes Documentary Airing On YouTube
Both Nelly Korda and Jin Young Ko are two of the most premier women's golfers on the planet, as evidence by their current positions in the Rolex World Golf Rankings, with Young Ko sitting at No. 1 and Korda at No. 2.
In addition to their prowess on the golf course, though, both Nelly Korda and Jin Young Ko have another interesting distinction: They're now part of a behind-the-scenes documentary highlighting the 2021 CME Group Tour Championship, with the LPGA recently launching a YouTube series of three episodes from last season's major.
The three-part series — simply titled "LPGA All Access: CME Group Tour Championship" — launched on YouTube on Monday, January 31, and will air the remaining two episodes on Tuesday (Feb. 1) and Wednesday (Feb. 2).
Joining Nelly Korda and Jin Young Ko in the LPGA All Access documentary are major champion Patty Tavatanakit and LPGA Commissioner Mollie Marcoux Samaan.
Following the announcement and release of the documentary's first episode, Brian Carroll, the Sr. VP of Global Media Distribution for the LPGA, voiced his excitement about the project.
Per LPGA.com: “This documentary helps show the accessibility and personality of our players, along with the drama and intrigue of the CME Group Tour Championship. Hopefully this is just the beginning of our storytelling in this format.”
