It’s important to snack frequently during a round. At most courses, the “quickest” options at the turn aren’t enticing. They are either unhealthy, like hot dogs—or just insipid, like pre made cold cuts. Preparing a selection of snacks the night before will make your round that much tastier. All of these snacks are filled with protein and other energy boosting nutrients. Aside from the obvious fruits and vegetables, these snacks are here to give some variety in your “snack diet.” Enjoy!
