The golf superstars are in Southampton, N.Y. this week for the U.S. Open 2026. The third major of the season will be played from Thursday, June 18 to Sunday, June 21 at Shinnecock Hills Golf Club, which is returning as the tournament host for the sixth time.

The U.S. Open 2026 will feature 156 players competing at the prestigious event. However, some big names like Max Homa, Tony Finau and Sergio Garcia failed to qualify for this year's edition. Besides, Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson are also not in the field for this week's event.
